Vacalians, the ever-increasingly-popular camping enterprise, has been redefining all its outdoor accommodation locations under one single name, in order to be more powerful in the European market. The company wished to promote camping as a way of housing and an enjoyable travel choice.
We worked on each brand aspect around a strong idea: the simple pleasure of outdoor vacations. From the name of the brand “Tohapi” which sounds like “to be happy” to a playful logo that every individual can relate to, the brand was designed around an iconography based on friendliness, freedom and pleasure. The letter “O” may also represent a smile as well as a rubber ring or even grilled food, on a bright orange background, which supports the positive nature of the brand.
